Israel bombs Beirut suburb for first time since ceasefire

The ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, which has been in effect for three weeks, is broken almost daily. Now Israel has bombed a Beirut suburb for the first time again. The target is said to have been a Hezbollah commander.
