The rain has ruined the first day of Primavera Sound Barcelona, which started on Wednesday, with the opening concerts. At 8:45 p.m. this Thursday, just after Ravyn Lenae’s performance ended and Alex G’s concert was about to begin, the festival organization projected a message on the screens of its two main stages warning that the activity was temporarily suspended due to bad weather. It was not until shortly after 11 p.m. that the organization announced that Massive Attack would perform late into the night, two and a half hours later than planned. However, around 1:00 he announced that it was cancelled, along with the two other highlights of the night: Doja Cat and Bad Gyal. Through tears, Doja Cat told her followers on social media that she felt devastated for not being able to perform her show in Barcelona tonight. “I’m going to come back,” he promised.
