How sustainable are companies and their employees in Germany? If you go by the survey results from the recently published Future Skills Radar by DGFP (German Society for Personnel Management) and The Future Company, things look bleak: According to this, only eight percent of the companies surveyed consider their own organization to be future-proof, and the assessment of the HR department is even worse – there only six percent certify that the HR departments are fit for the future.
In order to be able to classify these numbers, you have to take a closer look at what the study is about and how it is set up.
