The police were alerted to a shooting in Les Planes park, in which another person was injured
The Mossos d’Esquadra are investigating the death of a 28-year-old man on Saturday night in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, the second city of Catalonia and next to Barcelona. The body was notified by witnesses that a shooting occurred in the Les Planes park that affected the deceased and another person who was injured.
In a statement, the force reported that at around 10:25 p.m. he was required to go to Isabel la Católica Avenue in the municipality due to a fight with two injured people. The Emergency Medical System arrived at the scene with four teams and treated the two victims, but one of them died. The other was evacuated to a hospital. The investigation is under confidentiality.
The Central Investigation Division has opened an investigation to clarify the causes of the event. The investigation is under secrecy of the proceedings.
