The General Meeting of the Principality of Asturias has approved the modification of the Law on Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities to prohibit the entry of minors under 18 years of age to bullrings, as well as to veto the sale of alcoholic beverages in bullfighting venues. The initiatives have gone ahead with the 23 favorable votes added by PSOE, IU and the Mixed Group deputy, expelled from Podemos, Covadonga Tomé. The 22 deputies of the PP, Vox and the Forum spokesperson, Adrián Pumares, have spoken out against it.
