14,000 jobs by 2028. The automotive supplier ZF Friedrichshafen wants to reduce this number of employees. In 2025 alone, the traditional Baden-Württemberg company will have lost almost 9,000 jobs, around five percent of the workforce. A major project. And in the middle of it all: Human Resources Director Dr. Lea Corzilius. The reduction in personnel affects the substance of everyone involved. Corzilius in particular has been at the center of criticism in recent months, especially when (later denied) reports emerged about a salary increase for the human resources director in the middle of the austerity program.
