New survey results show: Most companies can cover their current personnel needs – but behind the relaxed situation there are structural shifts in recruiting. The company’s geographical location is becoming a growing obstacle.
The Human Resources CHRO Panel to survey the highest HR levels in companies went into the second round and asked, among other things, personnel requirements. 60 CHROs or senior HR managers with other job titles took part. The online survey ran from March 31 to April 27, 2026. The editorial meeting to classify the results with eight CHROs took place on April 30, 2026. This conversation is quoted in several places.
