The businessman, a friend of the former President of the Government José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, is being investigated for crimes of criminal organization and money laundering, among others, in a case in the National Court that analyzes whether the 53 million euros with which the Government rescued the Plus Ultra airline after the pandemic were used to launder funds.
