Catalan teachers begin the second consecutive day of strike, although this Wednesday they focus only on Baix Llobregat and Penedès. The day began, as usual, with a road closure. A group of fifty teachers have blocked the B-23 in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona) since 7 in the morning.
