The defense of former president José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero has presented two briefs (dated this Monday) in which he insists on knowing the origin of the chats that exist in the case against him to explore a possible way to annul the investigation. On the one hand, Zapatero wants the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office to clarify how the opening of the hard drive of one of the investigated lawyers, whose office was searched by the Police, was authorized. On the other hand, he appeals the decision of Judge José Luis Calama not to extend the request for information about the mobile phone of the owner of Plus Ultra to the United States.
