Several courts in Bilbao have upheld the precautionary measures requested by families of students affected by failures in the Basque entrance exam (PAU) who asked the Basque public university EHU (formerly UPV) that this grade not be taken into account in the enrollment process of those who turned to Justice. The Contentious-Administrative Courts of Bilbao have ruled in favor of the students in around twenty cases (one for each student who has appealed) on the eve of the deadline to enroll at the EHU.
