The reactivation of the fire in Guimerà (Lleida), which caused the confinement of Tàrrega this Thursday, also forced the cancellation of the first day of the 28th Paupaterres Festival in the capital of l’Urgell. The City Council’s decree declaring confinement came with the stage and tents already installed in the Parc de Sant Eloi, the Balkan Paradise Orchestra a few hours away from performing and more than 250 snacks and drinks prepared for the public.
