The Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) has ordered the City Council of the Almería municipality of Carboneras – where the El Agarrobico hotel, illegally built in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, is located – to issue a resolution within 20 days to annul the building license that authorized the construction of that building in 2003, a symbol of speculation on the coast. The Andalusian high court warns that, if the City Council does not comply with its request, the TSJA itself may annul it directly, as stipulated in the Administrative Litigation Law.
