The Catalan Government has decided to go ahead and have its first budgets approved in a few days. It has not been easy and the path is not yet clear. For this reason, the executive of Salvador Illa has identified the fronts that are holding back the agreement, especially with his partners from Esquerra Republicana. And the conclusion is clear: a budget agreement cannot be reached if the three major crises that Catalonia is currently facing are not closed – or at least unclogged -: the educational fire, the Mossos d’Esquadra and Rodalies.
