The Penal Code establishes a series of rules when determining the penalty in those cases in which a single criminal conduct simultaneously constitutes several crimes, the so-called ideal combination of crimes. The chief judge of the investigating court No. 41 of Madrid has already concluded the investigation carried out regarding the wife of the President of the Government. In his extensive order, the instructor summarizes what was done throughout the judicial investigation and reiterates, in my opinion, definitively the enormous deficiencies that have accompanied his actions in this case.
