Company bike leasing is generally suitable for companies of all sizes and industries. The offer is currently in particularly high demand in sectors with high employer competition and a focus on modern benefits – for example in industry, medium-sized businesses, the public sector or the healthcare sector.

Even more than the industry. Companies with a high proportion of commuting employees or a strong focus on sustainability particularly benefit. At the same time, practice shows that company bike leasing is now widely accepted, from production employees to managers. Small and medium-sized companies can also easily implement the model.

For employers, company bike leasing is above all an attractive benefit for attracting and retaining employees. Companies are positioning themselves as modern, sustainable and health-oriented. It is also important to position the benefit not only as a mobility offer, but also as a health and sustainability issue.

Can company bike leasing be offered as a benefit alone, or should it sensibly be coupled with other benefits?
Company bike leasing works very well both independently and as part of a holistic benefit offer. It is particularly effective in combination with topics such as company health management, well-being offers or flexible working models.

What are typical pitfalls or mistakes that companies make?
Common challenges arise less from leasing itself than from unclear communication or a lack of internal processes. What is important are transparent regulations, understandable communication, early involvement of HR and payroll and clear processes for special cases.
