What does the title “Special Media of the Year” mean to you personally – and what does human resources management stand for in your eyes?

For me, the award means recognition of the transformation we have undergone as an editorial team. Media usage has changed dramatically, and so have we! In a world that is becoming ever faster, we want to report well-founded and cool-headed for the HR world.

Which encounter, which HR project or which interview made a lasting impression on you?

The HR Management CHRO Panel. We ask HR managers about their assessment of their HR management. We then discuss the collected statistical data in an editorial meeting with CHROs, and that is super exciting! Moments of success as well as HR issues involving suffering are discussed here honestly and unvarnished.

What do you do when the editorial deadline passes?

Prepare the control of the e-paper and accompanying online formats.
