Our personnel ticker is about the most important chair changes in the human resources departments of Germany’s most important companies. These employers have new hiring managers.

The supervisory board of the Entega AG hat Dr. Julia Klinger Appointed to the Board of Directors for Human Resources and Infrastructure. She will take office on July 1, 2026 and succeeds Andreas Niedermaier, who will retire on June 30, 2026. Entega is a municipal energy and infrastructure company based in Darmstadt that focuses on renewable energies and the supply of electricity, gas and heat.

Julia Klinger has a doctorate in mathematics and has held senior positions in the group for years. According to the company, in her new role, Klinger will be responsible for the further development of the infrastructure areas – with a focus on municipal heat planning – as well as the transformation of the human resources department towards digitally supported, service-oriented human resources work.

Gesine Stepczynski has the international credit insurer on May 1st Coface assumed the role of Director of Human Resources for the Northern Europe region. In this role, she is a member of the regional executive committee and is responsible for HR work for Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordic countries.

The graduate in business administration has more than 20 years of human resources experience in global financial institutions: most recently, as Executive Director and Head of Human Resources, she headed strategic and operational human resources at Standard Chartered Bank AG. She previously worked in various HR roles for Deutsche Bank and DWS Group – including in London and Singapore – with a focus on strategic HR consulting, organizational development and talent and succession planning.

Dagmar Reinhold took up the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at May 1st Klosterfrau Group taken over. She brings more than 25 years of experience in senior HR functions, particularly in the chemical industry. Reinhold most recently worked as Global HR Director and member of the executive committee at the Coroplast Group, a manufacturer of adhesive tapes, cables and wires. Previously, she headed human resources at Hüttenes-Albertus Chemical Works, where she was also a member of the management team from 2020. According to the company, she will drive the further development of modern HR structures and processes at the pharmaceutical company Klosterfrau Group.

Annette Elzenheimer has taken on the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at the insurer as of May 1st Helvetia Germany taken over. She succeeds Kirsten Granzer, who left the company at the end of April at her own request for personal reasons. Helvetia Deutschland is a subsidiary of the Swiss Helvetia Versicherungsgesellschaft AG with headquarters in Bad Homburg and offers insurance, pension and financial solutions for private individuals and small and medium-sized companies.

The business lawyer has been working as head of human resources at the insurer Baloise in Germany since 2018 and took over as head of human resources for the new organization after the merger of Helvetia and Baloise in December 2025. She previously held management positions at the healthcare group Fresenius and the technology company Freudenberg Group. According to the company, she will use her experience in transformation phases to continue the ongoing change processes at Helvetia Germany.
