The Alliance of Opportunities
The Alliance of Opportunities is a cross-industry corporate network founded in 2021 that is committed to actively shaping structural change in the German world of work. The guiding principle is: “From work to work” – employees should be able to build bridges into new fields of activity through targeted qualification and networking without having to go through unemployment. The network addresses three key challenges:
Digitalization: How are artificial intelligence and automation changing traditional job profiles?
Climate change: How do you create a balance between growth and sustainability that offers new employment prospects?
Demographic development: How do you build bridges to new employment through future-proof qualifications?
Members are well-known German companies from various industries, from the automotive industry to energy to aviation, including Evonik, Continental, Bosch, DHL Group, Roche, Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes-Benz, E.on, Airbus, Bayer, Daimler Truck, Infineon, Wacker Chemie, TUI, Trumpf, Accenture and Amadeus Fire.
