USA-Iran talks in Switzerland: Qatar and Pakistan mediators report “encouraging progress”

The high-ranking delegations from the USA and Iran have apparently laid the foundation for negotiations on a final agreement in Switzerland. They are also said to have set up a hotline for the Strait of Hormuz.
