The Supreme Court has suspended the execution of the four and a half year prison sentence imposed on Víctor de Aldama for his contribution to the discovery of the crimes. The magistrates have adopted this measure on the condition that the businessman does not commit another crime, that he submits a semi-annual activity report and that he does one year of work for the benefit of the community.
