The call for redress for Isabel Díaz Ayuso this Sunday in Madrid could be seen as a casting to select the most faithful supporters of the Madrid president. Those who stand up no matter what, even if the sign seems like a parody, even if the meeting point is wrong, even if it rains and shines. There were nine supporters and seven journalists who appeared between 5:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on Carrera de San Jerónimo, in front of the Congress of Deputies, where the Mexican Embassy is located. The idea was to support conservative politics for the “attacks, lies and insults” that, the poster said, they had suffered this week during their visit to Mexico. The convener, an anti-Castro Cuban, Sasha Borrego, did not attend because she had “a bad foot.”
