Signature Clinic, a prominent name amongst the UK’s cosmetic surgery providers, has made three significant additions to its senior leadership team as the organisation moves forward with its plans to extend its national reach and deepen the expertise that underpins its clinical, operational and commercial activities.
Mr Mabroor Bhatty has been appointed Clinical Director, Tracey McAleney has joined as Chief Operating Officer and Sarah Hill has taken up the role of Head of Sales.
The three appointments reflect the seriousness with which Signature Clinic approaches its responsibilities to patients and to the wider goal of building a healthcare organisation capable of delivering consistent excellence across its growing network of clinics in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, London and Dublin.
Dr Sayani Sainudeen, Founder, Signature Clinic said: “These appointments mark an exciting milestone for Signature Clinic as we continue to scale our business across the UK and Ireland. Mr Bhatty’s clinical expertise and commitment to excellence strengthen our medical leadership, while Tracey brings the operational rigour required to support sustainable growth. Sarah’s appointment further enhances our commercial capability, ensuring we continue to deliver strong patient acquisition strategies and outstanding patient experiences. Together, this leadership team positions us strongly for the next phase of growth.”
Mr Mabroor Bhatty joins as Clinical Director with a distinguished career in plastic and cosmetic surgery spanning several decades. He received his medical degree from Karachi University before moving to the United Kingdom to complete postgraduate plastic surgery training, achieving his FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1992. His clinical development took place across major NHS hospital environments under training programmes delivered by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons, before he went on to establish himself as a full-time consultant practitioner. Since 2010, his professional focus has been directed entirely towards cosmetic surgery, with recognised expertise in facial procedures and the intricate demands of body contouring surgery in patients following significant weight loss. He is a well-regarded figure in international surgical education, contributing lectures and published research to his specialist fields on a regular basis, and he continues to give his time as a visiting plastic surgeon to support reconstructive surgery for patients in underprivileged regions overseas.
Tracey McAleney has joined the organisation as Chief Operating Officer, supported by an extensive leadership career that spans private healthcare, aesthetic medicine and large-scale retail businesses. Her remit will cover the full breadth of operational strategy, the optimisation of performance across the network and the practical delivery of organisational growth across multiple clinic sites, with consistent attention given to the quality of patient experience, operational standards and the governance structures that responsible growth in regulated healthcare demands.
Sarah Hill has been confirmed as Head of Sales, bringing with her more than 15 years of professional experience in private healthcare, refractive surgery and multi-site commercial leadership. Her responsibilities will encompass national sales strategy, the performance of patient acquisition operations and the delivery of sustained commercial growth across the clinic network. She will concentrate her efforts on developing sales functions capable of performing consistently at the highest level, constructing patient acquisition strategies with the flexibility to scale as the business grows and maintaining revenue growth within the specific requirements of a regulated healthcare environment. Her professional history demonstrates a sustained capacity for leading large teams, designing and implementing performance systems and creating genuine alignment between sales, marketing, operational and patient service functions in pursuit of measurable commercial progress.
Signature Clinic’s commitment to providing comprehensive care remains unchanged, with the full range of surgical and non-surgical treatments continuing to be available across its locations, including facelifts, blepharoplasty, gynaecomastia surgery, VASER liposuction, labiaplasty, anti-wrinkle injections, lip fillers, dermal enhancements and a broad selection of advanced skin treatments.
