The salary increase has become the main obstacle in the negotiations between educational unions and the Government to resolve the conflict with teachers in Catalonia. This Thursday, both parties sit down at the table again and the unions calling the strikes – Ustec, Aspepc, CGT and Intersindical – have prepared a joint proposal that they want to serve as a basis in these negotiations. In terms of wages, the unions demand a progressive increase until they reach around 500 euros more per month within four years.
