Far from a simple masking technique, this new technology represents a complete reimagining of how self-tanning products interact with the skin during the development phase. In blind product trials, users reported a distinct absence of the usual DHA odour. Instead, they praised a subtle, sophisticated scent featuring pear and freesia—directly inspired by Hargrave’s personal perfume of choice.
Victoria’s journey in the beauty industry began over ten years ago when she opened The Tanning Room, a boutique salon in Witney, Oxfordshire. Since then, her business has expanded into six salons across three counties, each one recognised for its attentive service and bespoke tanning solutions.
After years of searching for a product that combined consistent performance, premium ingredients, and a pleasant scent—without success—Victoria decided to take matters into her own hands.
