When it comes to AI training, Germany is far behind the USA and Asia. Companies are investing in technology, but there is plenty of room for improvement when it comes to building the necessary skills among employees. In in-depth interviews with HR managers from DAX companies, medium-sized companies and smaller companies from more than 15 industries, the “Alliance of Opportunities” examined where companies stumble in their AI training efforts and what works for the AI pioneers. The result is a program of ten steps that companies can use to advance the AI fitness of their workforce. Central points of the guide are summarized below.
