If employers encourage the acquisition of an MBA, they expect better leadership skills, higher performance and stronger loyalty. But these goals are currently being lost sight of.
Progressing professionally, with an eye on the next step in your career – this motivates many people who do not want to neglect their personal development. And they pay close attention to how far their employers accommodate them: According to an international study by the HR services provider ADP, career and advancement opportunities are, for almost half of those surveyed (45 percent), along with further training and professional development (36 percent), the most important driving forces for staying longer with a company. This is particularly true for ambitious young managers.
