Another person has been seriously injured and the causes of the accident are still being investigated.
A 102-year-old man died this Friday night in the fire of an attic located on Las Palmas Street in the Murcia neighborhood of San Antón, which started shortly after 8:00 p.m. for reasons that are still unknown.
As confirmed by EFE, four fire engines from the Murcia park and as many ambulances have been mobilized by the Emergency Coordination Center in this fire, along with local police patrols.
The damaged property is the sixth floor of a building that was evacuated minutes after the fire started. The Emergency Coordination Center has reported, for its part, that along with the deceased, aged 102, several people have been treated for anxiety attacks and there is one seriously injured.
